When a team of registered nurses, with years of experience in a variety of nursing settings including aged care and disability support services, identified a gap in the standard of disability support service delivery, they were motivated to take action. They strengthened their team by bringing on board other support workers who shared the same passion. This resulted in the establishment of Care to Excel. Our goal is to communicate the NDIS in a way that our participants can easily understand and provide a higher standard of service in different areas of support services.
At Care to Excel, we believe that everyone has the potential to reach their full potential. Our team is highly capable of assisting our participants in achieving their goals and reaching their potential.
