As a registered NDIS provider, Care to Excel will support you to implement your plan and reach your goals with our quality services from experienced and skilled staff.

At Care to Excel, we cover a wide range of support services including implementation of Behaviour support plans. We have highly skilled nurses who not only provide nursing related services but also monitor and train support staff on a regular basis to keep our high standard of services.

As the first step to access NDIS services, prospective participants should contact NDIS and submit the Access Request Form. After receiving the decision from NDIS confirming the eligibility to access, participants will receive their plan and budget to pursue their goals. Care to Excel can help you understand your plan and supports and provide all relevant support services listed in our services.

For self-managed participants, we will send the invoice to the participants directly; if you are plan-managed, we will send the invoice to your plan manager for payment; and for all National Disability Insurance Agency managed participants, we will arrange to have the invoices paid through the online NDIS participant portal.
